thinkthinbbg Ok so this morning I weight myself and WTF I gain 2kg again. So any lost weight from the beginning. I know that the important is the shape and how I feel. And I do feel better.i know I am more strong and toned.
But I DONT WANT TO BE TONED AND VOLUMINOUS!!!! I can't be toned and lean with 94kg!!! It is contradictory... I do not skip any meal, I do not eat bad things in the middle of the day. I do 4 or 5 meals with healthy snacks as compote or smoothie. I do LISS, resistance sessions, and walk all day long from a place to another. I do not drink sodas. I do not eat pasta, bread at dinner. One cheat meal per week.
So please tel me what am I doing wrong? #weightloss #noweightloss #fitness #feelbad #whattodo

A lot of people may not agree with me on that one, but I do believe that counting calories is necessary when you're trying to lose weight. I agree that it is not sustainable in the long run, but you need to keep track of what you put inside your body. Because eating 2000kcal of healthy food is still putting 2000kcal in. And if you have a low rest calorie burn (I can't remember the actual name) well even if it's healthy food you won't loose weight. I tend to be very careful with the term "healthy". It's a new trend, everything is healthy ahah. But a "healthy" cookie is still a cookie, and cold press Olive oil is still oil... 3w

My goal is 1400kcal and a perfect balance of protein/carbs/fat. And yes all those calories are from healthy food. I take my fat from avocado almonds and salmon, my protein from legumes veggies and complex carbs, and my carbs from veggies fruits and complex carbs. I didn't lose weight (on the scale) the first 10 days of bbg and I was really discouraged. I ditched the bitch and stopped weighing myself completely. For my 8 weeks progress I got curious and weighed myself and the bitch said that I had lost 5 kilos. I haven't weighed myself since and I couldn't care less because my clothes are telling that I am losing cm. it's all that matters to me now! You can do it honey, I believe in you, you are working very hard so you will get there eventually I promise 3w

I did that counting calories, once and actually it did worked! So now that I have to lost 20kgs I will redo it... I start today on reduce more on my eating... If I was just a little chubby, I think I would not be so focused on the number. But as I am almost a 95kg and almost at a stage that I would never ever reach... I can't not weight myself... Even if with bbg I see changes: my skin is better, my tummy is flatter, I don't feel bloated as before etc, I have to lose weight and change that number... 3w
  •   burpees.are.evil Honestly I can't stress out more how NOT weighing yourself will help... If you really can't help yourself weigh yourself every 2 weeks and little by little just stop. You know how I've struggled with it and it was difficult for me too because I was at my heaviest when I started bbg. But honestly it doesn't do any good and you will lose the weight wether you weigh yourself or not! But mentally it helps not to.... 3w

needtogetskinnysoon I'm not anorexic yet. I do eat, infact I binge more than eating normal which is why there is no change in fat here. I'm still a whale. I am restricting today tho
