mina_cibosano #Pizza marinara (pomodoro, olio, origano e aglio) a cui ho aggiunto prosciutto cotto snello (90gcirca) e olive nere AGGIORNAMENTO:questa settimana non è stata di dieta e pesandomi dopo 3 settimane il peso ovviamente non è sceso e me l'aspettavo visto che ho fatto più #sgarri che #dieta domani avrò una grigliata con la famiglia del mio ragazzo e porterò un dolce senza glutine così lo potrò mangiare anch'io... Poi vabbè sabato e domenica starò da loro perciò non penso che mangerò troppo sano ma da lunedì cerco di mettermi di impegno seriamente a fare sta dieta io ci provo già da oggi (colazione a parte) ma visto che non sarò a casa nel weekend non sarà proprio il massimo! Eh vabbè ho quasi finito la week2 della #TopBodyChallenge e spero di poter fare un bel prima e dopo tra due settimane cioè dopo un mese ciaoooooo buon ponte e buon weekend per domande sono su Ask luisa_catdoll .

  •   debyb_1982 Ahh Hun it's so disappointing, I had a quick look at your food...I can't see anything wrong with it lovely...it all looks so good!!! Are you excercising?? Sometimes that can hold back the losses for a while...I never lost much on EE PLAN, I always stuck with green days and used my meat as a HEB etc...or red days and used my pasta as HEB...speak to your consultant Hun they might be able to shed some light on it all!! Don't give up though it will come good...promise! Xx 2w

I've limited my pasta/rice/spud carbs but think I'm gonna try green days, if I can get my head round it. It's weird because I was convinced I'd lost more because I'm less bloated. I spoke to my consultant not last week the week before and went through it all again and she said she couldn't see anything. I'm going to read up on red and green and give that a bash! Thanks ladies xx 2w
  •   shutupandlentil It's great to change things up a bit but maybe this is a good time to focus on non scale victories. Like you said, you're feeling less bloated and I'm sure there are even more positives. Try not to stress because that can affect weight too. Screw the scales, you're doing great regardless 2w

  •   that_destroyed_girl_ You honestly don't need to lose any more weight I think you look beautiful just the way you are. Stay strong and just stick to eating right. Proportions don't mean weight loss if you continue to eat less then ythats what your body will get used to and when you eat more than that you'll gain weight faster. Also avoid late dinners and midnight snacks . and when someone doesn't eat a lot there body turns whatever they do eat into fat so you can survive 2w

  •   amanda_leighanne It's called a plateau. Basically your body sees you're dropping weight and is like "well dang I need to hold on to every calorie and exert pound I've got" just to protect itself basically. The only way to break a plateau is to literally fast...for as long as it takes to lose a little bit 2w

  •   joeydoessw @sammi2015x I don't think I did have a blow out. On the day I joined, I had toast, beans on toast and then when I got home, I had a chilli and tacos. Haha. I feel so crappy. My scales said a kg more than what I weighed last week this morning. I can't see tomorrow going well. All that's happened is a bloated tummy and a lot of wind. Haha. I don't think I am eating enough speed foods. Breakfast tends to be only a banana. 😕 xx 2w

  •   joeydoessw @sammi2015x I am trying. Breakfast is only a banana as I don't have time for more. Although I had a satsuma an hour later. At lunch today I had a mugshot and muller light yoghurt with my hexB followed by a plum and an apple and then dinner today I had boiled pots, chicken, light Philli as my hexA, mushrooms, peas, cauliflower and carrots. No haven't got rid of them. Will do later. Xx 2w
  •   sammi2015x @joeydoessw i'd try and have a bit more for breakfast.... they do say that the most important meal is your breakfast and it tends to be my biggest meal.... either loads of fruit with yoghurt, or porridge.... or an omlette if i have time xxxzx 2w
  •   joeydoessw @sammi2015x - I was thinking a banana, a satsuma and a yoghurt for breakfast - up the fruit levels so it is half of my breakfast. Have my hexB at breaktime and then lunch is a mugshot, satsuma, apple and plum - so more than 1/3 and cutting down the portions at dinner and pushing to have more veg - super speed style. My problem is, I don't like breakfast. Just struggling to get all the fruit and veg in with EVERY meal as sometime it doesn't fit. Think that's where I am going wring AND I am eating too much. Do you have 1/3 of fruit or veg with EVERY meal? xxx 2w
  •   sammi2015x That all sounds really positive and steps that i think will really help you... i dont eat a third of fruit or veg with.every meal..... but i really try to have as much as i can.... x you can do this.... one step at a time xxxxx 2w

revolutionary_woman Nope! No matter how much you exercise the weight will not budge if you eat poorly or eat too much. On the contrary you can eat healthier (I hate the word "diet") and still drop weight. It's like 80% healthy eating habits and 20% exercise. #badfoodchoices #noweightloss 3w
