Normal ️Bikini Body Guide Week 4
fatgoawayfrommybody i like freakin mad right now. its already week 4 and i've lost only 2kg. and i dont see any changes since week 1. im dying on resistance, liss is f&@"?ng stress and pain. i eat different food, then my family.
my muscle toned, but wtf wheee is weightloss and fat burn.
i think i have to restart first month after week 4, but with nutrition guide or some strong diet, cause this results only demotivate me
and because of this stress i've catch some virus

  •   abetterme_june2014 Forget the scale. Do u see changes in your body? In the way your clothes suits you? If you do then don't mind.your weight. If you are working out (overall if u didn't use to do it) you are losing fat and gaining muscle, that's why you don't lose weight. If you don't noticed every change in your body obviously there's something wrong, maybe you don't eat enough for all exercise you are doing 2d

I felt the same when I posted my progress shots but I'm happy with what I've achieved so far and you should do the same. Patience is key it's a 12 week programme, but if you keep up with what you are doing the changes will happen. I have faith in you! Keep at it. 2d

Muscle weighs more than fat, and as your losing fat you're putting on muscle! You've definitely had progress! Keep up the great work 2d

idenana Week 26: A whole month with a lot of cardio and no weightlifting at all. The result? No fucking strength at all. I've lost all my strength in my upper body. Reaaally sucks since I've been doing so good. Well, lesson learned. Hopefully I'll be back on track again.

  •   afejplus2 @fat_nomore I can relate on the gut being the hardest to see results, it is my trouble area too but I noticed that my food has a lot to do with it too, like if I slip and indulge in way too many cheat meals 😬or my sugary treats it doesn't do it any justice and I notice I'm bloated and just blah! But keeping it clean I feel a difference and see a difference so watch your food closely. Also watch for hidden added sugar or if you are eating low fat foods they have to make them taste good and unfortunately they do so with sugar and the likings. It also helps to be regular so make sure you are getting fibers in, I use flax seeds in my smoothly or sprinkle on my oatmeal for extra fiber and I also drink green tea which makes me regular. Also drink water water water. Just some of the things I learn that helps from my journey, hope it helps! u r doing great so keep going girly, u got this! @mseboni 1mon

Haven't made it to the gym as they are w/of power too. I do still walk some but as soon as power is back on I'm going to have to hit it hard.
