healthybeachgirl Day one of the anti-inflammatory part of our clean the program! For 7 days we avoid common allergens: wheat,soy,dairy,eggs,nuts, corn, all processed sugars and foods. #grainfree too. Today we enjoyed a smoothie with strawberry, Romain lettuce, kale, avocado, and coconut milk for breakfast. A chopped salad of cabbage, carrots, parsley, spinach, and mint with a tahini dressing. Dinner we enjoyed a simple vegetable of baby bok choy, sautéed leaks, grape tomatoes. Everyone chooses their source of protein #vegan #vegetarian #paleo all ok because we are all different. cleanbodyfreshstart Overnight Oats Ingredients: 1 large banana | ⅔ cup rolled oats (or gf option) | 3/4 cup soy milk + 1/4 cup water | cinnamon | blueberries | 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method: • Mash 3/4 of the banana into a bowl (leave the rest aside for topping). • Add oats and cinnamon, combine well. • Add soy milk/water (may not need all) and combine - the mixture will be sloppy! • Sprinkle chia seeds into the mixture / save most for the top.
• This is your BASE for overnight oats. From here, you can add whatever you wish, top and decorate // cover // refrigerate overnight ♡
