Something about cooking that always makes me feel better. And it's not so much about eating the food that satisfies me. I enjoy the tactile experience of the way the food feels and smells and the aromas given off while cooking. And so, last night, feeling like caca, I made this super yummy meal. And after just eating half of it, my belly and my soul felt complete.
Sautéed cauliflower and broccoli in coconut oil with butternut squash and spinach and arugula.
Served with free range eggs cooked over medium with avocado and a sprinkle of flax seeds.
