  •   yori_alain Not sure of quantities because I make it up as I go along, but, cut up veggies...season with a pinch of salt, add ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and agave....mix well.....spread on olive oiled baking sheet and roast in oven for 40 mins. Chicken - season as desired add granola cereal...spread on olive oiled baking sheet and bake for 40 mins along with the veggie medley.....yummy! @nwrightempowers 3w

yori_alain Today was definitely a day when I did NOT feel like working out! When my alarm went off at 4:00am, I opened my eyes and had to take a while to figure out what day it was! I got up and debated with myself....should I? Nah, I can do it after work. Nah, you have something else to do after work. But I don't feel like it! But you ate like a pig this weekend....time to get back on course....and you have a goal...remember you have a special dress to fit into in December? Okkkk....I'm telling you - the struggle is real!
