fitlati OK so here's the dilemma Wednesday I do leg day but I have to attend a farewell drink BUT I still don't wanna miss gym.. again
So I'll make the most out of the short time I have and I'll just HIIT it Today's #WOD Thrusters 30sec
rest 1 min
jumping lunge 30sec
rest 1min -----> 6 MO'FO rounds

And if I have time I'll add 1 min of each below exercises 1min x 3 rounds mountain climbers

jump rope
plank sit up ABS
side plank L

I struggled sooo much with what to eat and what not to eat and then just binged anyways. Its been a long journey but after finishing Insanity and dropping 20lbs, I got ADDICTED to fitness. I love the high it gives me. I feel strong and confident. The 21 day fix taught me how to eat and helped me drop lbs I never thought I'd be able to lose. Just know that you can do this. Take it a day at a time. Surround yourself with positive and uplifting people that will support your goals. And remember - each opportunity you have to eat is another chance to NOURISH your body.
