fitlati Jeeeezzzz what have I done to myself this Easter weekend things have gone out of hand +1kg on the scale,.its not my fault those chouquettes (French specialtie) where sooo delicious That said I had a great time In Paris celebrating my birthday with people I love, and just released the pressure. Aiieeeee donc ce weekend pascal m a fait plus de tort au bidou (+1kg) que de bien , c est la faute aux chouqettes punaise c est bon ce bordel mais je suis heureuse d avoir pu feter mon anniversaire avec des personnes d exception et permis de relacher la pression que je me met depuis quelques mois... ceci dis je suis de retour et apd de demain je ne blague plus Paris je reviendrais .mais d abord les choses serieuse reprennent dès demain (bouffe et sport)

So I'll make the most out of the short time I have and I'll just HIIT it Today's #WOD Thrusters 30sec

I struggled sooo much with what to eat and what not to eat and then just binged anyways. Its been a long journey but after finishing Insanity and dropping 20lbs, I got ADDICTED to fitness. I love the high it gives me. I feel strong and confident. The 21 day fix taught me how to eat and helped me drop lbs I never thought I'd be able to lose. Just know that you can do this. Take it a day at a time. Surround yourself with positive and uplifting people that will support your goals. And remember - each opportunity you have to eat is another chance to NOURISH your body.
