mrsfeller1 I am now into week 3 of the 6 week #nolimits challenge and have seen some pretty good changes with my body! Since i had a baby 3 months ago, my abs are what i am working on most. This is my go to ab workout and really works to burn the core. I try to do a full 10 minutes just rotating each exercise. After the bicycles your abs will sizzle. No set number of reps just switch when abs are fatigued:)#girlswholift #iifym #flexibledieting 9min
