itsmexstella Easiest grab and go breakfast ever. Overnight Oats with Banana and Chia Seeds!
Recipe

You need: 1/4 cup almond milk (flavoured or unflavoured up to you), 4 slices of banana (cut into semicircles), 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tsp rolled oats, 4 oz mason jar

Optional: if using unsweetened almond or soy milk and want to add flavour, try some vanilla extract, maple syrup or honey

1. Add the almond milk into the mason jar, followed by the roalled oats, chia seeds and bananas.
2. Screw lid on tightly and shake. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Take it to go or eat it at home the next morning. Give it a good shake before you eat it - the chia seeds tend to bunch up a bit!

Side note: Love these mason jars. They are the perfect vessel for portable, portion appropriate dips, snacks and desserts!
