jazmynnejordaan This morning was a rush so I had to eat breakfast in the car...my mother is having an exhibition of her art at a gallery in Cork Bay for a week starting today (I will post a picture).
For a few weeks I've been wanting to share what I love to eat in the morning after gym so here it is...
→ Can't Stop Breakfast Slop!
What You Need:
☆60g oats
☆140ml coconut milk
☆1 frozen banana
☆Agave syrup
☆Cinnamon
☆Vanilla essence

What To Do:
★ In a container mix the oats and coconut milk together with a dash of vanilla essence and soak overnight.
★ Blend the banana and some agave syrup together until smooth ice-cream.
★ Put both mixtures in a bowl however you like.
★ Garnish with berries, dedicated coconut and poppy seeds.

loxtonaxios Healthy coffee choc no bake brownie!
1 1/2 Cup Walnuts
1 cup Almonds
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 heaped tsp ground coffee or instant coffee
2 cups pitted Medjool dates (18-22)
Process 1 cup of walnuts with the Almonds until fine, add in cocoa and coffee and process again. Remove from processor and set aside.
Process dates and remove.
Put the dry mix back in the processor and drop in the processed days spoonful at a time. Mix in remaining 1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts.
Press into a coconut oil greased tray and set in the fridge.
Cal: 3557 Pro: 72.9 Carb: 318.2 Fat: 209.4
I made mine into 20 slices but I think 40 would have made them more nommable.
At 20 squares is: Cal: 177 Pro: 3.64 Carb: 15.91 Fat: 10.45
