Today, marks the 3rd year of my TRANSFORMATION.
3 years ago is when I decided I needed a CHANGE and took my very first step to 'LIVE'. From:

220 lbs.
Type 2 Diabetic
1000mg of Metformin
Pre Hypertensive
Asthmatic
Low energy
Depressed

To:

150 lbs.
Diabetes Free for 2 years
Medication Free
Optimal Vitals
Full of Energy
Confident & Full of Joy
Gained Muscle Mass
Dreamt of ABS now it's a REALITY

I NEVER thought of stopping no matter how many stones were thrown at me in those 3 years... No matter what the circumstances were. "COMMITMENT is what transforms a promise into reality. Its not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives. It's what we do CONSISTENTLY. We become what we want to be by consistently being what we want to become each day. When you know your WHY you do what you do even the toughest days become easier." Through financial struggles, adversities and emotional distress. My commitment and promise to the Lord that I will take care of the ONLY 'temple' he had given me will NEVER ever falter.

xamandaxlynnx13 Transformation Tuesday! I was shocked when I compared these two pictures. I am wearing the same outfit in both pictures. The picture on the left was taken on 6/15/14 and the picture on the right was Sunday 5/3/15. In the picture on the left I had been working out for a little over 4 months. I am so glad I never gave up on my fitness..even on days when I thought I wasn't seeing changes. It's a slow process but if you are consistent it will happen!! I also have learned that nutrition is important. I was eating healthy in the past but not enough....I have finally learned that you need the correct amount of food to see the results you want. If you have just started working out and you feel like giving up because you don't see results right away...don't! You will get there! Don't give up! You are on the right path! 5h
