vmisc01 Not sure if doing it right but I feel like my #reversedieting game is sort of on point. Been on my "gaining phase" for 5 months now. Started with around 2000cals a day weighing in at 144lbsand now eating around 3000cals at 156 lbs.Went from eating 250 carbs to now 400. Usually that what I end up eating. Once I'm about to start cutting again lol. No reason to ruin a physique this early. Too many ppl focus too much on the scale , I try to keep it simple. If I'm not gaining weight BUT I'm still getting stronger in the gym there's no need for me to add more calories. If my strength slows down for a few weeks I simply add another 100 calories to my diet. That way I ensure I slowly add that quality size I've been hoping to get.

vmisc01 Chest shoulders and triceps day, had a beast training sesh even tho I think im getting sick :( tried some shit called Fst-7 protocol for my shoulders . 7 sets of 15 with 15 seconds rest between sets, crazy pump, not sure if it'll work but going to fit that training style once a week for my weak points .....
