It was very bad and I became so depressed. I was not allowed out to go running to get rid of my stress but I was allowed in the kitchen, soooo I turned to baking. I had found my stress relief to help deal with my marriage. I baked daily.....and I ate those goodies daily. It started off small but soon enough I could eat a whole batch of cookies in just over a day. Food made me feel temporarily better. ....."

s.n.fit I have never properly introduced myself so here is goes! My name is Sarah Newyear I was born in Ohio and have lived in Cincinnati most of my life. When I was younger I was always the chunkier friend. I didn't like it but I fully accepted the fact I probably was never gonna be the "skinny" girl in school. When I started middle school I started dancing at a local studio which I fell in love with. I found myself started to lose some weight but still ate awful! I would never call myself fat. However, I was never happy with my body. High school came around and everything changed! I became a dancer and cheerleader for my School. I wanted to be skinny and I was gonna make it happen. I ate roughly 600-700 calories a day plus worked out everything single day. Minus, i didn't touch the weights. The elliptical was my Bff. I ended up going from 135 to 105 in less than 3 months. I felt amazing and thought I looked amazing! I hated when people called me "too skinny" because I loved the way I looked! If I ate too much one day I would lessen my calories the next day to make up for it. People asked if I had an eating disorder but it would make me so mad they would even question me! For all four years of High school my weight remained the exact same. The lowest I ever weighed was 98lbs. I was so boney! But I didn't mind it. My freshman year of college I was itching to get away so I attended Coastal Carolina University. I met some of the most amazing friends ever! Who I still keep in touch with today. Around this time I started looking at fitness instragrams and studying up on clean food. I still wasn't making much progress though. When I came home for Christmas break I told my boyfriend at the time that I wanted to build muscle! He was very big into working out so i knew he was the perfect person to ask. He taught me everything about weights and form! As soon as I started seeing muscle I fell in love with lifting! I was finally started to get some shape on my
Body! Food was still an issue but improving immensely! I wasn't obsessing over calories but I was very careful with what went in my mouth! Skipping forward a couple a months.. In July my bf and I.....Continue🏻🏻🏻

  •   s.n.fit Broke up and even though it was mutual I found myself eating a lot more!!!! I also was dealing with personal problems which may have been a factor as well. I decided to take a break from school to figure things out and make some money. Within the process of 5 months I gained 20lbs!! Even though I still worked out and ate good! Chocolate, French fries, pop, all became a factor in my life again. As Christmas was rolling around I decided i needed to get back into school again. I came across Bowling Green State University where I fell in love! I transferred their for Spring semester. With a combo of campus food, drinking, and stress I never felt more uncomfortable in my life!!!!! I said by to all xs and in one year went from a size 0/1 to a size 5. I worked out every single day and muscle was growing like crazy! But I felt so yucky all the time! Around April I knew it was time to get my shit together! I started choosing the best options I possibly could on campus and doing cardio, I also downloaded myfittnesspal to help keep track! It is now the end of June and I have never felt better! I finally understand macros with the help of Internet and friends. I am not afraid to ask or Google if I'm curious about something related to fitness! I stalk fitness pros like its my job. I love getting educated so then I can pass my education along to my friends who are interested in a healthier life! I am 5'5 and weigh and weigh 127. I am leaning up and muscle is coming along nicely!!! I will be 21 next month and will continue my education in Human Development for the next two years at BGSU. I have no clue what life has in store for me. However all I know is for the rest of my life i will continue to educate myself and others in living a heather life, and continue to build my body into the temple it is and I hope you all do the same!!! Ich war nie übergewichtig, sondern immer normal, wie jede andere Frau hatte ich trotzdem meine Problemzonen, obwohl ich sonst schlank war, störten mich mein Bauch und meine Hüftgegend. Mir war klar das dagegen nur Sport und eine gesunde Ernährung hilft. Die Umstellung am Anfang ist immer schwer, aber es lohnt sich. Ich bin noch lange nicht da wo ich gerne sein würde und es wird bestimmt noch eine Weile dauern. Das wichtigste ist das man dran bleibt und nie aufgibt. Man kann alles schaffen, wenn man es wirklich will.
