  •   messyinthekitchen_ww Hit water goal everyday. Aim for 6-7 hours a of sleep a night. And try not to eat all the Orange Creamsicle ice cream in the freezer. That will be the hardest one . 1w

  •   kdmsjourney Yes, it gives you an extra kick of energy. I've heard some same it's too much but I think it's perfect. I would start with half a scoop and if that's not enough do a full scoop. Too much of it can make you really really itchy. 1w

  •   i_love_lift_ I use 1.5 to 2 scoops doesn't bother me or make me too itchy unless I don't get going within like 20 mins of taking it. I like the stuff it works for me. Tastes better than other preworkouts I've tried and gives me the boost I need cus I hit the gym at 6am. 1w
