littleone1212 My fuel this morning!! . Bagel thins with veggie cream cheese, berries and chocolate almond milk! . I always have a lot people ask me what do I do since I can't have milk, what do I do for my calcium? Well I drink almond milk! The looks I get from people is kinda funny. . But honestly though, it tastes better than regular milk and it has more calcium than milk. Just try it. I use it with my protein shakes and smoothies. . #teamboom #boom 1d

15 reps feet facing forward
That is 1 set

littleone1212 It's that time of the week again, transformation Tuesday! . The picture on the left was from 5 years ago! It's hard to believe that there is so a huge difference between now and then. . Trust me it takes time and patience. I decided one day that I wanted to change my lifestyle around, I wanted to feel better about myself, to feel strong and to have confidence. Yes there have been ups and downs with my journey, but that is normal. You just have to keep on telling yourself to not give up and to keep pushing forward. matt_the_elite_trainer Try out this ab workout if you want to build a strong core.

Ab Exercises
Underhand grip mini straight bar ab crunches (3-4 sets of 12-15 reps)
decline sit ups tossing the ball up on each crunch (3-4 sets of 12-15 reps)
Decline ab rotational ball bounces (3-4 sets of 12 reps on each side) Some keys to abs. When contracting your abs blow out all of your air to work your abs more then get a breath and keep repeating that.

littleone1212 After a long day at work it felt good to be in the gym for 2 hours! . Did my cardio for 30 mins and then did my leg day work out along with new work outs. . I'm going to be sore tomorrow! But it's so worth it. So pumped that I started the week off right with my work out! . #teamboom #boom 6d
