musclepowermk Todays breakfast is quick and simple.
Ingredients - 2 organic eggs, 250ml egg whites, blueberries, and a scoop of AD grazed (chocolate greens), gluten free oats & a coffee.
Cooking instructions -
Place all ingredients into a big bowl and whisk for 10 secs. Place into microwave for a total of 3 mins. (Every 30 secs take out and whisk). Enjoy.

cameron_thomas5 Always good to look at your physique from different angles to see how best to present it, I can see a lot of positives and negatives of different poses that show off separate areas of my physique. I find the front relaxed pose makes my waist seem a little blockier whilst a slight turn creates the illusion of a much smaller waist. Presentation can make or break a physique imo.
