arickard1 Muscle Fitness Hers Subscription from my best friend and brother ️ He's the best! What do you do to challenge yourself? To feed your mind? I am a firm believer that at the point you stop learning and are no longer a student of life, you've stopped living. Don't be that person. If you don't know how to do something, look it up, read about it. I started out in college doing nothing but fitness classes and didn't know a thing about lifting. My awesome friend Brian Tabor from @strongmadesimple wrote up my first fitness plan and gave me a taste of what it felt like to really lift weights. I eventually learned what a Superset was, what the heck a "good morning" was and no I don't literally mean having a good morning. You get my drift.
Through my friends who are experts in the industry and through my own reading is where I FIRST began learning about fitness. I would/still do read up on form and study it until I get it right. All that I know today has simply been attributed to reading, researching and picking the brains of those more knowledgeable than myself. I've been reading their magazine since it first came out in stores!! @muscleandfitnesshers is by far my favorite magazine because they put a lot of wholesome information out there on nutrition, lifting, latest research/studies and delicious recipes.
