crossfitkapaa Fantastic job to everyone who did the 1000 push ups challenge during April! Special congrats to Reese and @kaili210 for getting to 1000 (and some!). Combined, our box did 13,471 push ups for the month of April! Dayyyyuummmm. People are even saying their push ups feel easier. I've def seen a difference in you guys.
This month: Air Squats. 1500 of them. That's roughly 48 a day for 31 days. Get up and do 25 right now. Good. Now your halfway. I think we can get 20,000 squats this month - lets do this!
