rachelxdex Military Diet: Breakfast Day 1 - half grapefruit • 2 rice cakes, this is a substitute for 1 slice of wholemeal toast • 2 tbsp of peanut butter • 1 black coffee.. or tea, whichever you prefer - 1 cup only though (no milk or sweetener is allowed) • glass of water (water is unlimited - the more you drink, the better) - You must not substitute the grapefruit with any other fruit, it's all about the Ph balance in your body when consumed with the other foods - if you cannot have grapefruit for whatever reason then the only substitute is half a teaspoon of baking soda mixed in a glass of water! #militarydiet #militarydietday1 #breakfast #grapefruit #ricecakes #peanutbutter #water #blackcoffee - I had no idea this existed until yesterday. I was browsing youtube and a video for this popped up in the suggested videos - so of course, i was sucked in and here i am lol
It's only a 3 day plan. You must not do this for longer than the 3 days. It can be done up to 3 times in 1 month. - I could go on forever about it but i recommend you Google it instead

  •   rachelxdex I'm not actually eating this now. I'm at work and have already eaten supper, so will have this 'breakfast' when i wake this afternoon. Then I'll have 'lunch' this evening when i get back from the hospital. And the third meal when I get to work or maybe around 2am. I'm not sure if i can post pics of every meal (I'll try though) but i will post the full 3 day plan. I'm excited to see the results in 3 days time 😀 On the video (and other places, blogs etc) it states that you can lose up to 10 lbs in those 3 days Each persons body is different of course so results depend on many factors. I'm predicting I'll lose 5lbs.. what do you think? There's a prize for whoever guesses correctly lol 9h

I'm going to try the military diet starting tomorrow. My teacher did it and he lost 20 lbs in four weeks. He said he had 70 more lbs to lose. He's doing an amazing job(:

cg_weight_loss Just ordered some of these yummy quest bars! They are so nice cannot wait til they arrive! Im up 2 pounds on #daysix of the #militarydiet due to 'that time' but not worried as i am still eating healthy and sticking to between 1200-1500kcal.
