halleyparrot OMG!! IT's confirmed! I finally reached my first weight goal!!!
Just did the weigh-in after the #gmdiet vegetarian version! From 56.4kg down to 54.3kg!! I lost 2.1KG in a week !!! Hooooooorraaaaaayyyyy!!! For the month of aug alone, considering i was 58.6kg on July 26, we can say i started at 58kg at the start of the month, which means i lost 4kg in one month!!! and if i include from the very beginning were i started,

I went from 96kg to:
64kg from Nov 2012 to May 2013
(Rested for a year because i went to school and was soo busy)
Started back again at 70kg from march this year (rested month of May and started again June) to 54.3kg today!

Technically, in a span of 12months i lost 41.7kg!

Just an fyi, i even drank two heineken beers in can and ate one stingray fish (which was not supposed to be in my food list) yesterday!! To those curious, for aug, i did the following:
#Caloriedeficit (extreme fat loss)
#caloriecycling
#Militarydiet
#Gmdiet (vegetarian version)

And i revamped my exercises!

I thot I wouldn't be able to lose that much because i was lighter but i did!! Yeeey!

I made it to the bet! I made it to my first goal!! I made it! I made it!!!!!! I wish i can post before and after pics (from when i was 96kg) but i don't have a much recent pic yet. Later i still need to go somewhere. Will probably post anytime this week!

But this is not where it ends! I still have a second and a third weight goal! Can't wait to get there sooooon!

Thank you to everyone for ur encouragement! And to those who refuse to believe I can succeed with the way i do things -- because i just proved you wroooong!! Lol And to God for giving me a strong body to manage all the hardwork and for keeping me safe all.those times i cycle and jog even at 2am -3am.

and thanks to the trainers at the gym beside the office.. i might be signing up as a member anytime sooon!! #loseweightjourney
