ashleyb216 Chest & shoulders powered by last night's pizza and cheesy bread, and this morning's multigrain waffles, walden farms syrup and hot Italian turkey sausage. And yes, it all fit my macros tested my 1RM this week and finished with 205 deadlift, 175 back squat, 135 front squat, 95 clean, and 95 bench. Yes, my bench needs some SERIOUS work also finished today with a #WOD of 4 rounds for time of 400M sprint, 10 burpees, and 10 sit-ups. Trying to keep cardio interesting! Gym was nice and empty this morning ️reverse diet is going well, slowly adding calories and carbs back in, tapering off cardio...slow and steady! #IIFYM #npcfigure #offseason 4mon
