3oz atlantic fatty salmon
1/4 cup egg whites, they are soft, because cooked them with some water.
Zucchini and green beans with some balsamic vinegar.
Sauerkraut on the side!
Black pepper and cayenne pepper sauce

Getting in my Omega3 healthy fats, along with complete amino acids, probiotics, vitamins and minerals
And freshly baked salmon is like one of my favorite fat sources evvverr! #nevergetsold

allisonkonrady I try not to spam newsfeed with pictures of Shakeology, however I get asked if I am still drinking it every day after a few years from when I started, and if so why I do. So, I figured I would dedicate a post to answering these questions.
Do I still drink it every day since almost 3 years ago? Yes.
Why? Where do I start?! for one, it's delicious. I love the chocolate vegan formula... Chocolate every day? Please & thank you!
I haven't had a cold, flu, throat infection, digestive problems, low energy, etc since I've started. If you are experiencing these things, along with weight problems, anxiety, irritability, sleep problems, etc -- it's likely you have nutrient deficiencies. there are many combinations of vitamins & minerals that need each other (ex. Calcium & magnesium, iron & vitamin C.)To ensure you are getting everything you need, you must eat a wide and abundant variety of fruits & vegetables. Even doing that, I want to be absolutely sure I'm getting everything I need for optimal health each day.
another aspect is that cravings often come from nutrient deficiencies. Fill those gaps!
no caffeine or other stimulants, no icky fillers or artificial flavors, and I love that the protein is high quality, especially the vegan formulas with pea & brown rice protein. keeps me satisfied for 3-4 hours
easy on the go meal that saves me money while traveling. It's less expensive & way more nutritious than any fast food meal you could find! Crazy that this much nutrition costs less than your Starbucks.

caitmizzi Did a big arm day today, followed by a deep core session with a new trainer who is helping me strengthen and rehabilitate my lower abdominals and soften my lower back after having been pregnant, having a child and multiple injuries over the years including my current hip flexor injury. It was an amazing day - learnt so much! I am healing and getting stronger by incorporating 3 very important things: visualization (of how I want to look and feel), healing with food & strengthening my body through physical exercise. I am feeling super inspired, positive and ready to change my life again. It's time for another transformation! Lunch is definitely completing the trifecta of what I need for results in my mind and body: Spinach Salad with raw Asparagus, roasted Golden Beets, Blueberries, Sundried Tomatoes, lightly toasted Cashews & Avocado.
