pjs_tea_bbg Ate a lot today! But was all clean & a lot of veggies here's everything I ate today.. Meal 1: 4 egg whites veggies omlette, 6 almonds, 1 ezikiel toast. Meal 2: zip- lock of veggies (grape tomatoes, cucumber, celery) and 10 almonds. Meal 3: stevia sweetened 0% Greek yogurt and an apple. Meal 4: 1 ezikiel toast and 80g chicken breast and mustard. Meal 5: small salad with chicken breast from PitaPit (this picture). Meal 6: veggie stirfry made at home with a bit of low- sodium teriyaki sauce. Meal 7: veggie juice (celery, beets, spinach, carrots). Meal 8 (... LOL 8!!): quest bar & peppermint tea in my defence I've been up since 5:45am haha but I've been very hungry the past few days! #foooooood 2h

  •   toshie_moshie I do. I'm anal about that, sodium especially and I'm trying to get that 25g of fiber as well. It's hard to meet that cholesterol goal if you have let's say 2 eggs and some bacon lol. My whey protein has 50 per serving which is kinda high but it's so good. But if you're eating oats it kinda balances out? Lol. 2h

All that protein and little fiber is no fun. @toshie_moshie I'm a little anal on sodium because I don't want to dehydrate my muscles but with all the sweating I do at the gym, I feel like I need some sodium to hold a little of water while I work out 2h

full_recovery I reached my calorie goal today. I went over it even. I am pretty proud of this, because I had to push past some strong and controlling bad thoughts in my head. I was telling myself to stop at 500, stop at 1,000 , but with the help of some snacks (900 calories worth) I made my goal. I don't know why I've been in such a restrictive mindset lately. Tomorrow will be a new challenge to tackle. Xoxoxo lovely ladies 3h
