I aim for 50 g carbs a day but a lot of the time I usually hover around 60-70 sometimes hitting the 100 mark, so far I've never had a stall, but I only weigh myself once a week, sometimes only once every 2 weeks! I know when I used to weigh mysrlf everyday I was like you, noticing every little change, most of the time those extra lbs are just water weight or flucuations....so I stopped the everyday weighing and I only see losses! @justdontgiveupjackie I hope that made sense!   •   scarletwitch19 @justdontgiveupjackie we fluctuate day to day, that's completly normal. You should pick a day of the week and only count that day for your weight that week. I've also heard that eating some carbs can help Kickstart weightloss. I don't know a ton about that, but we all need some carbs :) 13h
