danielgriefahn Been working on my mental connection from my mind to muscle control ever since I saw Kai Greene's training techniques on youtube.
Worked a 12 hour shift today and was wrecked when i got home but still had to do some sort of training to get my fix lol.
I set myself a goal of 15 minutes to beat my personal best plank hold of 12 minutes.
Anyway I set a few songs on a playlist, closed my eyes and pushed past 15 minutes all the way to a 30 minute hold, Followed by 101 straight pushups and stopped at 32 minutes 46 seconds!

I preach this daily, being mentally strong is so commonly overlooked. Regardless of your physical abilities if your mind is working against you you're failing before you start. Train that mental strength to maximize your physical strength. You'll never know how good you can be if you're scared to fail.

In order for my transformation to be a success, I need to plan my meals. This is done through simple tasks like listing my ingredients before grocery shopping, marinating meat, cooking in bulk and then freezing. All these habits allow for healthy esting. You'll also be suprised by how much money you save and how good your food tastes!
