theurbanladybug Our mealworm farm is doing fantastic! Almost all of our mealworms have transformed into beetles & thousands of eggs have been laid on the bottom of the bin! Fingers crossed for babies soon! #TheUrbanLadyBug #UrbanOrganicGardener #MealWorms #MealWormBreeding #OrganicMealworms #Experiment #GrowYourOwn #HomeGrown #OrganicallyRaised #Homestead #SelfSustaining #GrowOrganic #HomeGrown #ChickenTreats #UrbanGardenersRep #EpicGardening #UrbanFarmer #UrbanGardener #DIYGardening #GardenExperiment 2d

  •   from_the_roots_up Yes! :) wish I had the stomach to do this!! 2d

  •   gapey Is it easy? 2d
  •   theurbanladybug @gapey yes!!! So easy! I just bought 3 batches of 500 plus mealworms from my local pet store. Put them in large Rubbermaid bin with two large canisters of oatmeal and lots of lettuce, potatoes, carrots, kale anything with moisture! :) change it out as it dries out and replace with new scraps and they do their thing! No work of knowledge really required! 1d
