misscalilopez_831 Time for #meal6 My favorite protein shake so far.... Banana flavored #high5 It has been such a long couple of days but I'm still managing to stay on track. I know I haven't been too proactive with my updates the past couple days because there's been so much going on but I try to get them in as often as I can. I was able to meet with my coach @sarahmalonemaxmuscle for a great posing session....other recent events leave me feeling a little down but God is good and all we can do is be grateful for another day. Prayers to my good friends daughter for a quick recovery :( my thoughts are with her @goldiefoxspraytan little Juliet is all I've been able to think about for the past 34 hours. Love you guys.
