-Leg Press
-Calf Raise Tri-Set
-Reverse Lunge Press Up combo
-Forward Lunge Plate Raise combo
-Overhead plate side step squat drag step knee drop (targets obliques)
-Overhead plate reverse side lunge kick ups (targets obliques)
-Twisting Plate Split Lunge Swings
-Dumbbell Jumping Split Squat (Kind of a #Nancyboy day.. also usually use a barbell for squats and lunges but neck hurts, my Nancy neck! LMK opinions, my legs are my weakest!) Then slammed 6 different shoulder #dropsets from yesterday since they were not sore enough cus instead of isolated day I had paired shoulders/back day, not liking that, splitting them back up to let the real building begin!
Soon..Then I accidentally OD-ed on adderall XR for the first time after 10 yrs of add-IR, ate the rest of my kitchen and have not been to sleep yet...#30hours later and still not tired, feel like dancing but legs can barley hold me so I guess the workout was OK o.O

boiled fish+broccolis+olive oil - by the way my #postworkout /#meal2 was :whey+a scoop of corn flour+ tuna in water.
- meal 3 it was my #lunch .
- #meal4 : pancakes ( oat+ egg whites)+ banana+ green tea
- #meal5: grilled chicken+ watercress + 1 egg+ green tea again .
And the last meal #meal7 it will be boiled egg whites+ nuts. - Oh and of course 3lt of water during the day. goal daily: 2000kcal - check
