Life is so busy, there's always something that comes up and changes our perfect schedules. If being healthy and active was so easy, everyone would be doing it and there'd never be a challenge. We have to work hardest for what is really important to us and I don't think anyone should have to do that alone. I know I need to refocus on myself, set the excuses aside and remind myself why I started this and why it's so important to me. Deadlifts are an amazing exercise. They don't work any single muscle group; they work various muscle groups to make up one fantastic functional exercise. Our goal for the month is to do up to 800 reps. That's about 60 reps a day (for example: 4 sets of 15) 3x a week. We want to make sure we have at the very least 24 hours in between each deadlift session. Our next goals are to progress in weight within the session and over the course of the 4 weeks.
