toostrongtaylor Meal prep for this week . After this week I have learned a lot of things about nutrition and all its educating facts starting with saturated fats and glucose versus fructose sugars . Lot of people have to understand that when eating these different types of foods a lot of things come with them certain ingredients the process it takes to get there and how long it lasts. One person told me this week that the best things to eat are the things that used to have faces on them lol. But an overall successful week of meal prep!

BREAKFEST
Same as usual turkey bacon eggs mixed with some vegetables like spinach mushroom onion bell peppers all that good stuff. also I eat honey wheat toast with almond butter or peanut butter all natural with honey.
I also make my green drink( kale , Greek yogurt, banana, strawberry honey and orange juice)

2ND MEAL
Sweet Potato
Chopped beef or steak
Grilled or saute kale
3RD MEAL
CHILI
87% ground beef
Black beans
Onions
Mushrooms
Diced tomato
Tomato sauce
Seasonings
SMALLER INBETWEEN MEALS(SNACKS)
Baby carrots, cucumber slices little salads and nuts preferably walnuts! so that's it guys for another week of meal prep I do like to add my own little seasonings here and there I do eat a lot of avocado and I do drink a lot of whole milk but so far so good I've lost 8 pounds so far in the last week and funny thing is I didn't get a chance to really work out this week because of the weather so I know for a fact that my metabolism is increasing. If anyone has any questions you can DM me or give me your email and I can email you any thing you need to know want or follow anything that I do for nutrition. toostrongtaylor Meal prep for the week!!! In the last week i learned that if you gonna meal prep make something you like cuz by day 3 i was like screw this fish sooooo i made my favorite which is SPAGHETTI LOL but other then that i loved it didnt have to wash no dishes make no mess wait for nothing so went well especially with timing the eating times HONESTLY meal prep is perfect i will be doing this till i have kids so yeah folks here it is:

BREAKFAST-

Green juice(banana, strawberries, kale, orange juice, plain greek yogurt, agave or honey)
Turkey bacon
Eggs
Oatmeal
Ezekial toast
Cacao rawmeal aka the shit
Steak(sparingly) ****i make breakfest fresh so it could be a mixture of things or one or two just make sure its your heaviest meal of the day

LUNCH(2ND MEAL)

LOADED SPAGHETTI
Organic noodles
Lean hamburger beef 87%
Mushroom
Celery
Onion
Roasted garlic tomato sauce

DINNER(3RD MEAL)

CLASSIC CHICKEN SALAD

grilled chicken breast marinated in italian seasoning
Organic baby spinich mix with kale and leafy greens
Cherry tomato

toostrongtaylor So after talking to my coach/training partner we decided that i should meal prep so that i can get the most out of my time, training, nutrition, rest and finacial budget getting me on the path to be the greatest fighter in the world!!! So here it is gonna be doing this for the next 8 weeks!!! For now we doin three meals a day!! 1st meal (cook fresh) BREAKFEST-
2 eggs(yoked or scramble)
2 pieces of TURKEY BACON
2 pieces of whole wheat bread with all natural organic peanut butter with lightly drizzled organic Honey
Slices of avacado
Bowl of oatmeal with honey or 99% stevia or fruit low in sugar
Water mixed with emerge (maxmuscleproduct)
2nd meal LUNCH -
SOUTHWEST STEW
Stewed steak
mixed vegatables
spinich
black beans
Carrots
Mrs dash seasonings
SIDE- mixed brown white rice 1/2 cup
3rd meal DINNER
TILAPIA SUNRISE (1) Baked Tilapia soaked in cocunut milk topped with mrs dash seasoning
Saute Spinich, tomato, mushroom, onion in coconut oil with mrs dash seasoning
SIDE- Steam broccoli and carrots
1/2 cup of mixed brown white rice

SO there it is folks eating clean cost me 50$ for the whole week for 2 people me and my wife!! Get it in peeps TEAM TOO STRONG
