I love meeting new people at the gym and goofing off with them and talking shit. Always bust your ass but remember to have fun as well and make it a place where you look forward to going.

About to kill another Chest workout with my boy @rmkenny3 chest has always been a strength for me, I want to continue to make it grow, I always start with an incline press because I have found that the upper chest is the most stubborn! Work on your weaknesses!

koreaniron My bench has always been the weakest link. Couldn't even hit 275 paused. Looks like my goal for Oct is a lil lofty. On a diff note, I recently found out that USPA allows heels up, so I've been benching on my toes. Although you can't tell in this clip, my leg drive is 10x better than before. Winning. Not really. 16h

  •   so_matic @koreaniron forced reps!!! Put 225 on at the begining of your work out and rep till failure..do that three times, each time have the spotter help you get 4 forced reps per set. You will hit your mark by oct 11h

jaskarankang 2nd rep was the slowest rep of my life on bench at 265lbs/120kg. I wasn't feeling 100% and was stressed out due to some pesonal reasons. This shows how things like this can influence your performance. All in all this is a PR. Hopefully, i'll hit my goal on deadlift on monday.

Society is always trying to push it's rules and values and nowadays people are always just trying to fit in, to be liked by people, loved by people. They conform into something they truly are not! I say be different, be who you are, find your purpose. People will always judge for being different and going your own way doing your own thing but fuck those people. Find people like you and surround yourself by them and fuck what society says be who want and do what you want! That's what I believe!
