kalebmurray My go-to meal every single day after class. Chicken paramasan and damn it is good! There's no need to stick to some strict diet that leaves you feeling hungry and unsatisfied. Eat how you want! Of course you have to eat according to your fitness goals to see results but that doesn't mean every meal must be chicken, broccoli and brown rice. You'll get tired of that and stray away from your diet. Go and have that poptart cause I know you're thinking of eating it! I won't lie, I eat poptarts because they fit in my daily macros. #IIFYM is a perfectly fine way to diet and way of eating how you want. As long as you hit your daily macros and don't neglect your micros, you will see results. Stay patient cause it doesn't happen over night. So be consistent and stay motivated and I guarantee switching to an #IIFYM type of diet will get you results! What's your go-to meal?! I like new ideas, they keep me thinking. 6h

paul_physique269 Monday Motivation: I love bodybuilding. Right now I am currently recovering from my knee surgery and just got off crutches. ..but in time I will be back stronger, but it will be a long process because it has to heal and I have to get the mass back. Sometimes injury gets in the way of progress. ..but I will stay positive and wait for that where I am on stage showing off the hard work....and hopefully be a champion again. As Arnold says "Ill be back"
