We are checked in and settled in to our home away from home on the Big Island with my husbands family....all 70+ of us SO much fun, but I'm still starting off every day bright and early with a workout I never workout in gyms and now I remember why I dislike it so much, but I'll take what I can get! Try this circuit at home to start your day off right!
15x bottom half squats
15x dead lift
15x press up
15x thrusters
Repeat for 4 rounds!

workingoutinparadise Sometimes, when no one is looking.....I sprawl. I love these(; Just ask my #wildwahines We did close to 100 tonight 1. Place your hands on the ground flat
2. Hop your feet out behind you wider than your hips, drop your hips to the ground, keep your head up. Breath out
3. Hip your feet back up to the outside of your hands. Land with FLAT FEET, stand up driving through up from your heels. Breath in
Repeat for 1 min. If this is your first time doing this move, take your time, focus on form and if you need to modify, you can step your feet out and in one at a time. If you want to add some intensity you can jump at the top, like a burpee(: TAG a friend that is always looking for some new moves!

It's not easy to meal prep, it does take time, dedication, and discipline. And I'm far from perfect at it, but I'm learning, and trying new things each week. But it is worth it! workingoutinparadise DOUBLE TAP if your working out today! I've been taking it easy battling a stomach virus but I'm back in action today with these stroller plank pulls! And do t worry, you can push/pull a small weight if you do t have a stroller(: 1. Start in a basic plank position with your R hand on the base of your stroller
2. Push the stroller away from you with your R hand
3. Pull the stroller back towards you with your R hand
REPEAT for 1 minute and then do 1 minute with your L hand, if that's too much you can switch hands at 30 seconds(: TAG your favorite fit momma Comment below when your done with today's challenge!

workingoutinparadise The holidays can be hard. At least from a fitness point. And I will admit, I have not stayed on track this season. there have been more than 1 night if too much sweets or days of sleeping in. But I'm putting an end to this right here! I had a good week, was able to reset my system, did a cleanse which I stuck to 100%, was able to loose 6lbs and am feeling great! But I want to keep feeling great, stay on track through the holiday and maybe even loose a few more lbs! But I need your help! We all need a little accountability and structure sometimes, so I'll be starting a free accountability group on Monday December 15. workingoutinparadise DOUBLE TAP if you are on a fitness/weight loss/get healthier/learn more mission. When I started, I thought I had to be EXTREME, intense workouts for hours, multiple times a day. Like I had to prove something to people or ho hard every time. Then I became pregnant in 2013, and my journey took a hard turn. Not in a bad way but just in a different way, and now as I learn about fitness as a mother, I am extremely humbled. I thought it would be so easy to loose the baby weight, and get back to my old self in no time! Well......I was wrong. Im not the EXTREME fitness person that I was before, I dont have the time or the energy to be workout hard core for hours a day, training and training, and staying so strict. My priorities have changed, health and fitness are always in my life, but I spend my extra time enjoying time with my family, building my business, or studying, not hitting another workout that evening or going for another run. I still work out but Im focused more on my consistency and plan rather than how INTENESE or HARD my workout is. I have my schedule and I stick to it and its working. Dont compare your self to fitness models and athletes if you dont have the time or $ to train like them. Dont compare yourself to anyone actually! Do the best that YOU can do, do it consistently and never give up and you will reach your goals!
