crossfitcapilano On May 16 CrossFit Capilano begin our 6 week boot camp challenge. The bootcamp will be offered 4 days a week, with the hopes of each member completing 3 workouts per week. Each Sunday an at home, body weight workout will be released for the member to complete if she happens to miss a day during the week.
As each member may have different fitness goals, or dietary restrictions a custom meal plan will be provided on a week to week basis, with weigh-ins and measurements biweekly. The meal plan will be focused on reducing sugar, and a calculated caloric intake. With the help of "my fitness pal" members will be able to track and submit a weeks worth of meals.

The workouts will be hard, but always take place in a fun and positive environment. The movements are also universally scalable, allowing all fitness levels to achieve desired results. We will also be tracking and logging all workouts and results to ensure success.
