What did you think when you read that first question?

Lately, what I have been happiest about is that I don't even have to stop and think and wonder about what I'm doing for my body anymore. My body tells me immediately when it's happy and when it's not.

The balance of my Atheltic Life and my Skin Food Life has been the ultimate for me.

The state of balance I have found has been incredible.

I have always been meticulous with my diet... Being meticulous with my Skin's Nutrition has brought it all full circle.

I'm not sure if it's that I am more aware of my body, internally, but knowing that I am using the Best Skin Foods and that not a single paraben or toxin touches me, makes me very, very happy!

I live organic inside and out, 100%. Not just what I eat, what my skin eats too.

Knowing this is pure happiness...

allinadrop Today starts my 30 day share and learn challenge! I will be posting some great little tips and videos on how to use the oils daily through June. Today's oily tips are for Lemon:
1) Produce wash. After heading to the local farmers market or grocery store, bathe your fruits and veggies in a bowl of water with a drop or two of Lemon oil to remove harmful bacteria and chemical residue.
2) Get your skin ready for Summer with a Lemon body scrub - mix 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 1/4 cup of sugar with eight drops of Lemon oil. **Lemon, as a citrus oil is photosensitive and as such skin with citrus on it should not be exposed to direct sunlight for at least 12 hours.
3) add a drop of two of Lemon oil to your glass of water, NingXia red or iced tea for a refreshing drink that also helps energise you and supports a healthy digestive and immune system.
4) Help clarify skin and reduce the appearance of blemishes by adding Lemon to your favourite night-time moisturiser.
5) Add Lemon oil to your favourite dessert or mixed drink recipe to boost the flavour and add a touch of d-limonene, a beneficial nutrient believed to help support a healthy immune system.

bocagoesgreen Aaaand that's the job I have! I get to stay home with my kids, provide additional income, and be my own boss. It pretty much runs itself and I get to sit on my phone and/or computer all day and make money while doing it. I also get to help other people reach their goals, whether financially or physically. Pretty awesome if I say so myself.
