I just heard "all about that bass" on the radio driving home for Christmas & I thought YES -- let's not worry about being stick figures ... Let's have some curves & live our lives!
So - I've got a bit of a booty, thanks to squats, lunges, & glute lifts. Your challenge today is 50 squats, 50 glute lifts each side (on all 4s, bend 1 leg 90 degrees & press your foot to the sky) & to run or walk 1 mile. Soak up this holiday energy folks!
