dcsoccer10 I have a little over a week with these bars and I've made significant progress. At first I found it difficult to hold an L-sit and I fell off trying a handstand haha.. In this short clip I go from dips to L-sit, then a semi-handstand while supporting myself on the shoulders.. One of my goals is to eventually extend my arms and hold a handstand with my legs straight up.. But at least now I can transition from one exercise to the next fairly easily.. I still need way more practice in order to progress, but this is a short clip of the things I am able to do now. Challenge yourself, your body.. You might be amazed to find out what you're capable of . #trustandbelieve #digdeeper 1w
