strengthflexibilityhealtheds #truth - I'm midst my #just5minutes #EDS & #MayIBeginYoga2015 challenges and I'm struggling. Already walked on treadmill, butt spasms are still killing me and my motivation is low. So, I decided to floor it...meaning get strength done on the floor (ie. push-ups, sit-ups, bridges, glut work, abs....anything so I don't have to stand-up), even though I need to be standing and doing some squats, lunges, etc. I will make my official post when I'm done, but since I'm struggling, figured I would share that it's not always easy and working out at home as been tougher for me more than usual...probably because I haven't gone out of my house to workout in weeks. I'm sure that I am not alone, but I'm still here, still getting it done and feel much better already that I just did something. Most of us have the opportunity to find some way to live as healthy of a #lifestyle as we can, but it's is a choice day by day, hour by hour and many times, minute by minute like it is for me tonight, but I'm doing it. Figured I would share the truth in what I often go through, bc I get asked all the time how do I stay motivated and the truth is, it's really hard sometimes. It's a minute by minute Challenge. I really do use the just 5 minutes rule I set for myself and have used it for year. It really helps. How's your tummy? Have you been able to look through the articles I sent you the links for? 4h

I have two appts this week one for gastro, the other for thyroid which is brutalizing my life right now as if EDS/POTS isn't enough, but I keep the faith they will figure it out & soon.
