_grateful_yogi Stay true to your sweet heart, always. Only you know what your soul so strongly yearns for. This is YOUR road to explore, learn from, create, destroy and create again. The bumps along the way are some of the most significant parts of our processes. I firmly believe in the idea that if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. And if it doesn't change you, what is the point in living? Nature is constantly in motion. There is nothing natural about idleness. It is empty, lacking life. Shouldn't we wake up every morning striving to be a better human than we were the day before? To learn from the pain so we can create a new outcome? To feel and appreciate grief so we can love all of the beauty with our whole hearts? When we experience something so profound, we should we feel it in every single cell of our being. No one wants to live with regret. And there is no need to. The only time I do feel this ugly emotion is when I don't listen to the soft but commanding voice within. There is nothing like feeling fully connected to your core desires. If we can move forward from this place honestly, not even the most grueling circumstances can stand in our way. It is important to hear the advice of others, but those voices don't always understand what your heart pumps for the way you do. Create a vision. Meditate on it. Make a plan. Bring your sweetest wishes and desires to life. Grab life by the balls and make it your bitch. It's yours for the taking!! #namastebitches #yoga #yogaeverydamnday #coredesire #visualize #manifest #makeyourdreamsyourreality #kona #bigisland #hawaii #kiholobay #cruising 7d

brickandmordor Kiholo Bay was once used as a giant fishpond, built by the native Hawaiians, until a lava flow from Mauna Loa filled most of it in 1859. It is connected to the ocean but is also fed by fresh water springs that create these shockingly cold spots throughout the lagoon and an eerie opaqueness to the water. After taking a few swims we may or may not have seen a shark cruising through! If it was a shark I suspect it was hunting sea turtles which are everywhere here. It was at least a very large fish. Eeek! #kiholo #kiholobay #bigisland #hawaii 2w

  •   brickandmordor @jrc_rose I'm sooooo glad we weren't still in the water when it came around. Even if it was just a fish it would have been freaky. Water isn't clear there and all we could see was a large meandering shape. Scared to swim there again! 2w
  •   jrc_rose Don't blame you! 2w
  •   xxsjc Totally understandable. I had a run in with a whale shark in murky water and now have a very healthy respect for the undersea world. 😬 Beautiful place though!! 2w
  •   bricktracy13 Wow that place looks amazing! eeek! That would be pretty darn creepy to see that shark in the water there! 2w
  •   brickandmordor @xxsjc wow! Whale shark is on my bucket list, at least they don't bite! But I'm sure it would still be a freaky encounter in murky water! My cousin confirmed that there are tons of sharks at Kiholo Bay. Yikes! Still add this to your Big Island list though. Amazing place. 2w
  •   brickandmordor @bricktracy13 Kiholo Bay is spectacular! My cousin is pretty sure that was a shark we saw. 2w
