2cream3sweetner Almond butter popcorn balls. Peanut butter versions are all over the Internet .. This is my version almond butter style for busy people. Heat 1/3C agave (substitute maple sirup), & 1/2C almond butter for 1 minute microwave. Pop one bag of your favourite popcorn. Pull out the pieces by hand into the bowl (avoid getting unpopped kernels in yo mouth ) stir and grease your hands with coconut oil to make 10 of these .. Re-grease every two or you will want to find my address and kill me out of frustration. I wrap mine separately in Saran and store in the fridge. Leave a couple on the counter for the day so they are soft and ready to eat when you need something sweet. It works, it's delicious. 5mon
