neeeeeeeeeeks It's not Tuesday but whatever! Left picture was last year I think? Right picture is from this morning after breakfast & it is shark week for me (lol, sorry tmi) so I am bloated. But three (or wait 4?) weeks into Carb Backloading!

Been getting questions about how I eat/train. So I will answer a few:
Do I meal prep? No because I like to eat my food the day I make it . Do I use detox tea? No, I have no clue what those are but I do drink green tea every day.
How many miles do I run a day? I don't run at all anymore . Depending on a WOD the most I will run is 800 meters.

Food for thought: Anyone can lose weight in x amount of time. The trick is keeping the weight off and losing weight in a healthy way. What you don't want to do is loose weight "just for the summer" and then come winter gain it all back and then some more. What I've learned is that being healthy entails a lifestyle change, gainz don't come the very next day, & there are no shortcuts or magic pills/teas/etc. It's a lot of hard work, dedication, & an occasional cookie(s) .
