  •   kathleenwarner I would like to introduce you to some of the most amazing people: my family. I was always sensitive to others needs and struggles, but I never thought it would change my life goal. In 2012, I dedicated my life to one of service. I became the best thing anyone can ever be-- a humanitarian. In 2012, I met these beautiful people. We joined together to fight for justice, promote peace, and spread love and opportunities across the world. Upon being accepted to fourth estate, it became very clear that these strangers would become my best friends. Their optimistic updates, world views, and loving hearts continue to amaze me. Thank you for existing. Thank you for continuing to give me hope in humanity. Thank you for fighting for the voiceless. Thank you for doing the work, others wouldn't dare to do. You all are truly amazing #IC #Forth Estate #InvisibleChildren 2d

chronicallycrystal Was almost late for my MRI. I love how flattering the gowns are. Anyways so I went in there and the nurse was nice she asked me my symptoms and I told her everything and so I went in to the machine and then when I got my IV with the fluids the medicine started hurting my arm and where the IV was put was starting to get bruised. It stopped hurting after my MRI was done. The receptionist was rude. But I'm going to get breakfast at one of the places I work at even though I get tired of the food. But I find out the results in a couple days! #crohns #crohnsdisease #crohnie #spoonie #chronicillness #invisiblechildren #hospitalgown #mri 2w
  •   thasy92 Oh so you've been diagnosed quite recently?😕I'm sorry😕I've had crohns for 10 years so if you want you can ask me for advices and stuff, or just talk about it if it makes u feel betterdm me if u wanna talkstay strong 2w
  •   chronicallycrystal @thasy92 thank you! Yeah I got diagnosed a little over a month ago. I really appreciate it! It's so amazing seeing other people with the same condition as me it doesn't make me feel so alone! And it's comforting knowing I have people to talk to! 2w
  •   thasy92 No problem sweetie 2w
  •   alexis_peace Hopefully you don't have to start having them every month they are the worst! I have it all too, I've had 2 brain surgeries for mine 😕 if you need anyone to talk to you can talk to me anytime 2w
  •   chronicallycrystal @alexis_peace thank you!! I actually had an allergic reaction to the dye and now in the hospital for it haha they wanted the MRI too see if the crohns is only in 1 spot the upper GI and colonoscopy didn't reach everything 2w
  •   alexis_peace They usually put the dye in both my arms and it's okay most times but that's awful I hope nothing really bad is wrong 2w
  •   amaya_nicole_smith @chronicallycrystal that's odd, they should have done an endoscopy to test their suspicions. Never heard of an MRI to detect crohns. 1w
  •   chronicallycrystal @amaya_nicole_smith they did an upper GI and a colonoscopy but they couldn't get in the middle of my stomach and small and big intestine. They want to make sure it isn't anywhere else 1w

lianaggram #BookOfTheMonth: The Zen of Beard Trimming by C.J. Campbell. My last book took me several months to finish--this one took a mere week. I couldn't put it down. I suspect it's b/c I had a glimpse of his triumph on my mind; as I read, I remembered sitting in the audience as CJ received the Fourth Estate action award, his acceptance speech filled with compassion and empathy while crying humbly. The amount of appreciation I have for this beautiful individual built with every page. Well done, friend. Keep moving.
