Just sauté cabbage in olive oil, onions, garlic, I used vegetarian ginger stock soup, cilantro, red - yellow bell peppers, curry And my pressed tofu that I pressed and then froze to give a diff texture! I was drink wine while cooking so I was not really paying attention! Lol but it surprised me and turned out good! Lol 2mon

inesl Stirfrys used to be my go-to meal when I was transitioning to a plant based diet. I didn't know what else to do with tofu or how to get all these random veggies into one meal. Turns out, I don't like stir fry that much. I mostly just like the noodles or rice because #carbaholic but I took a trip down memory lane and this turned out to be some of the best tofu I've EVER made. I lightly fried the tofu in coconut oil. When it was starting to brown, I added a little tamari and sriracha. Add veg and some toasted hemp seeds and this meal is out of this world!
And, no, I don't press my tofu. Nobody has time for that nonsense. #veganines

  •   wokstar Sorry, not active link. What's description so I can look up Amazon? They will say it because it's the best material for stir frying, very deceptive. I teach wok cooking in a cast iron wok and done a lot of research. 6mon
  •   moonwisewoman Okay. Well I'm happy with my wok. It acts, smells, feels and looks like cast iron. I'm not sure the legalities behind false advertisement I could see that being a huge issue. I adore my wok. I use primarily cast iron for cooking and baking and have a good amount of experience using cast iron - this rusts up the same too if we neglect it. 6mon
