lmsbender Seriously the best protein smoothie I've ever made! ---------------------------------------
*2 Scoops Orgrain Chocolate Protein Powder * 1/2 Scoop Muscle Pharm Cookies and Cream Protein Powder * 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk *1/2-1 Frozen Banana * 1/2- 1 Cup of Water * 1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
* 10-15 drops of Vanilla Creme Stevia * Ice
Add all to a high speed blender and enjoy!

wacekekamau ..sooo how i made my snack...:-) ...i juiced the watermelon and some pieces of pineapple then i chopped some mint leaves(i buy them at nakumatt ukays green grocery section) and put them in the juice...i put it in a 4 by 4 ice tray and put it in the freezer..after like 30minutes i used a fork to crash it to avoid it from making a huge ice stone then i let it stay for another 1hr and i repeated the same procedure with the fork to make the fine crystals and after another one and a half hr,it was ready...:-) ...
..its perfect for a lovely sunny afternoon dessert...:-) ...or snack...and u can use it on frozen yoghurt or you just play with it ..:-) ...
