nicolemartinfitness A little late night #transformationtuesday. I have been struggling with posting this. It's scary to put yourself all out there, but you know what sometimes you need to do that scary shit, and move on. So here goes. The pic on the left is from Nov 2014, when I decided enough was enough. I was tired of being tired and lazy. I wanted more from my life and knew the first step was to get active and eat healthy. So I did just that, I started doing 30min home workouts, drinking daily superfoods drink and learned the correct portions sizes. And boom. Down 25lbs and a bunch of inches. The pic of the right is from yesterday. Now I'm still a work in progress. I had a minor setback with a rolled ankle that stopped my cardio for over 3 weeks. I may not be the "smallest" I have been before when I was crash dieting and taking multiple diet pills, which did nothing but hurt me, and I gained all the weight back and more. But I'm still proud of how far I have come. I know now that with consistency in my workouts and clean eating, I will get there, in time. If you are struggling like I was, please message me. To think looking back that is why I was hesitant to leave one of my old retail jobs because I worked with my friends, but the difference was I was miserable, living paycheck to paycheck and dreaded going to work every morning. caitlinannefitness Monday nights spent sitting outside chocolate Superfood sippin', while writing thank you cards to my challengers and coaches. Finally got their super cute @puravidabracelets in for all my coaches who helped change lives last month. I really LOVE being able to spoil my team. I am sitting here beyond thankful for my job, my team, my health and my freedom. After years of working retail and wanting holidays off, I am happy to put in work today. Truth is I love that I get to love on & support others in their health journey for a living. It really does give me life! I appreciate all the men & women who are or have served our country.
