msfields_fitspo Last week, my coach had our team do a "Freak Friday" contest where we all posted FAKE transformations.

So in honor of Transformation Tuesday, here is me and my hubby being silly

One of the biggest compliments I have received on my fitness journey was seeing a past teacher at Target (yes I know I am always there lol) and her saying, "Wow, you really do look like that in real life." She then proceeded to tell me she sees my pictures on Facebook and was unsure if they were real.
I completely understand where she was coming from, you can't believe EVERYTHING you see posted on social media and I am proud to say that my transformation is REAL. It took time, it took work, it took discipline but the results I have achieved, I have kept! The ME you see on here, is the ME you see in person.

msfields_fitspo It's important that you eat something within 30 minutes of waking up, to kick start your metabolism for the day. Your body hasn't eaten anything since before you went to bed and it needs to wake up!
This is my go to while I'm getting ready! Ezekiel bread with almond butter, shakeo/coffee, and water! Clean, healthy fats and calories that provide nourishment while telling my metabolism I'm ready for the day!
