rippedrepublic Huge fan of reverse grip barbell curls to bring out that outer bicep head, but decided to switch it up today and tackle the same exercise with some dumbells! Awesome pump from these! Definitely a nice change from the typical barbell! 1w

rippedrepublic And next up, a shoulder press variation incorporating a reverse curl technique! Reverse curls are an awesome exercise to develop that outer bicep head, more directly where the medial delt attaches! So why not throw a shoulder press into that mix and completely destroy both bi's and delts at the same time!? give em a shot! These are killer! 1w

First off...cable low row, similar to the mechanics of a T-Bar row, but completely different type of tension on the muscle with this. You gotta switch things up to stimulate growth and bring up conditioning! The same old thing day in and day out will only work for soo long! Dare to be different! Try something new! And enjoy the benefits and growth! 1w

rippedrepublic Smashing out some delts with some standing overhead dumbell press. Trying to catch up to @mikerashid and his 110 pounders! I'd say 85 is good start for my first time trying these! Increase shoulder stabilization and core strength with these! if you haven't already, toss these into your routine and see what you think! @mikerashid I'll see those 110-115's soon! 2w
