jdlivingfitness Hey pretty Mama(to BE)! I have something special for YOU! Are you 'expecting' or maybe just brought your little bundle home recently (say, within the last year?)? I can't count count the number of times I've heard from pregnant mamas in this past year who completely 'QUIT' on their health and fitness paths once they find out they're knocked up!! Being certified in pre/post natal this makes me SO sad because prenatal fitness and health is SO important and can help with fetal development, easing labor & delivery, rebounding that post-baby body and overall mental health!
I have been collaborating with a fellow coach (also pre/post natal certified) and a couple pregnant loyal challengers and am *SO* stoked to offer up a special group for YOU!
This group starts on August 25th and will be 60 days of focused support surrounding nutrition, fitness/exercise --which we will tailor and cater specifically to YOUR needs/desires-- and COMMUNITY! With a doc's approval pre/post partum Mamas can engage in a spectrum of physical activity largely depending upon their pre-pregnancy fitness levels. It will be AWESOME to bring all these mamas together and let them share and support regardless of 'where' they're at in their pregnancy.
Nervous about this topic? Scared even? That's not uncommon and I'm happy to share with you some of the research and knowledge that I have to help you understand what will be right for YOU! It will vary from mama to mama and luckily we have programs that are safe and easily modifiable to fit with your needs, current trimester or just how you're feeling in a particular day. <3
