winter.thoughts The truth hurts. Not knowing hurts. Loving too much hurts. Everything hurts, no matter what. I don't feel wanted, why do I stay? I don't feel cared for, why do I care? I don't feel loved, why do I love? It all feels one sided, and I actually worried over nothing which hurts most. Not even a few seconds taken out of your life to tell me either 1. You're okay. 2 miss me or 3. Love me. I spent hours trying to tell you I was okay and I missed you when I had no internet. I put effort into it. I try too much, care too much and love too much. Why do I put up with it? Why do I love and hope for too much? Why why why, and there's no answers. Here's one: why bother? Answer: idk anymore. I'm at the end of all this, it causes me more pain than I should feel but that just proves I love too much and care. I tell myself "it's worth it, I love you" but now? All I feel is "I don't know anymore." I'm done. Two whole days! Tells me something. 6min

cleankitchen_ Lunch today was this amazing rainbow salad! It was almost too pretty to eat! It was filled with spinach, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrots, peas, sweet corn, beet root and of course chia seeds and flax seeds I also drizzled some Walden Farms balsamic dressing over it!

eat_naturellie || PROTEIN & FATS FOR BREAKFAST || I started off this morning with an awesome combination of anti-inflammatory spiced organic scrambled eggs topped with mackerel fillets and cracked black pepper, followed by an awesome PB, banana and cinnamon smoothie with extra chia and flax! (not pictured because I got too excited..) This breakfast packs such a great balance of macros all in wholefood forms to keep me going throughout the day and to fuel my leg session later on! 🏻 2h
