svagblirstark One thing that has boosted my healthy wheight-gain; Allways keeping a yar of delicios nut-butter in my cup board! I got this delicious Hazelnut butter from @piggabutiken this tuesday, and now it's almost empty! I eat it straight from the yar after meals, in my berry-bowls and on my sweetpotato bread after I had my nightsnack! It's a great way to add more proteins and fat to your body wich Will help you build muscles! Tell us about your life before you started the program.
How did you feel about yourself and your body?

I am a military wife and mom of two beautiful boys, ages four and eight months. After my second son was born, I was suffering from mild depression and trying to keep my head above water, while my husband was over seas, with an active four year old and infant that wouldn't sleep. Looking at myself in the mirror and in pictures was not helping matters. I was tired, my eating habits (when I had time) were not wonderful, and I struggled to motivate myself to get started on getting back in shape, even though I knew deep down I desperately wanted to. I had every excuse I the book, I was tired, had no time, I was solo parenting, working full time, and making my way through graduate classes.
