kurtdell Want to get a sick pump next time you train?! Try this! First and possibly most importantly make sure you are #hydrated !! Being dehydrated will always cause little to no pump while you train.
60 mins before training: ON Hydrowhey mixed with 50g Rice Flakes (or any other quality carb source i.e. Oats, Sweet Potato, pasta etc) add some sodium (.5-1g)
30 mins before training:
1 scoop ON Gold-Standard Pre-workout with 1 scoop ON Pro BCAA mixed in about 700ml water.
Pump is always crazy and focus is incredible!
Training is always better with the PUMP!!
