dragoncountess I wore & workout out in the XL Shirt today!!! Last night before #hiphophustle class @ The Beat, I saw Ashley & Taylor folding shirts. I asked if I could try an XL out. I told them over the weekend when I picked up the free shirt being given to employees I fit into an XL Shirt so I wanted to see if it was a fluke.
2/26/14 when I started my weight loss journey and joined #weightwatchers I was a size 4X/5X & 3X was very tight especially around my belly.
6/6/14 when I joined The Beat Fitness Studio, I had just started wearing 2X in men, it was a little tight around the belly but I could workout in it.
So today I am very happy to see the results of my commitment to live a happy, healthy, active lifestyle.

yourgirldoesworkout Contrary to popular belief, a weight loss journey is NOT easy! Someone of may have problems not working out enough, workout out too much, not eating enough or like me binge eating and eating too much.
For me one cheat turns into 2, then 2 turns into a day, a day turns into a week, the scale starts climbing up and my hope starts falling down, this is what's been happening to me since the beginning of August.

I've been missing 90% of my workouts, eating whatever I wanted, not having a positive mindset, and not being me. This ends NOW!
I could blame my relationship, in a way I do, we have our problems, we have different eating habits and outlooks on healthy lifestyle; in the end though, I'm an adult and no one is forcing the food down my throat!
It took till tonight at 2am for me to get shooting pains in my stomach, cramps, cold sweat for me to realize I'm beating myself up with food, and that's not right, today I'm riding my house of anything close to junk food, I'm writing out my meal plan, I'm writing out my workout schedule, I'm not letting September get away from me!
I'm always going to be a way better coach, so many of you email me for help, when sometimes I do really need to step back and help myself first, for that I apologize! I will be getting back to you this weekend!

But it is those negative mind sets that do not let us progress. Fall down & get right back up stronger than the last time. It's not easy at all, but anything worth having doesn't come easy.
