manda198922 Pre workout = beast mode!!!!!! Nice bit of 70mins cardio, upped all my levels, upped my game, went to work then smashed out a weights session pm with 60seconds cardio bursts in between sets, went home for tea then back to the gym, bit of cardio and sum arms 🏼🏼🏼🏼🏼🏼🏼🏼

pavementpoundingandpolish Happy Saturday!! Since I've been focusing more on strength training during the week, my @toneitup workouts have slipped a bit. So today I decided to do the new #burnhiitup workout! I did it 2 times though and decided 2 things...1 - K&K make the funnest workouts! 2- I can already tell a huge difference with strength training!
