With High Intensity Interval Training, you should be FLAT OUT 100% of your own effort. No ifs or buts.
If you are not on your hands and knees crawling after either Metafit or Insanity then you definitely ain't working hard enough.

If you've got energy to do another class in the same day then you better work that backside harder!

Better telling everyone your gubbed after one crazy session than listing your whole day of coasting.

slkingsley #HIIT workout done! Love them!! Had to modify a few of the moves, but still ended the workout covered in sweat! I can't wait to be able to go full out after this baby comes!! Also tried to make a #perfectfit pancake to refuel....quickly realized I had no eggs!! So I quickly made a smoothie instead...I guess it is time to hit up Costco!
