lisaflmarks BREAKFAST at HOME: I am home from my May/June travels!! I arrived in the a.m. one day last week after a long drive home. While I was away I attended a conference, visited my youngest brother and his family (twice), and also stayed with my parents and my other brother. Lots of driving!!

I have many later-gram photos to share of my food adventures. Right now, however, I am posting food from today. :-D
.
For my whole-food, plant-based, no-oil (WFPBNO) breakfast today I started with the half-bowl leftover from Sunday's summertime fresh fruit version of my much-missed oatmeal recipe, Sweet Blues & Greens Oatmeal. This variation has oatmeal, multi-grain cereal flakes, puffed kamut, plus lots and lots of fresh blueberries, fresh strawberries, banana slices, the juice and orangey bits from part of an orange, sunflower seeds, almond milk, vanilla, and a few other goodies. And I added a bit of WFPBNO granola on top. The greens this time? Baby spinach.

In the other half of that bowl, I added a simple baby spinach, grapes, blueberries, and orange salad.
.
The combination of these side-by-side dishes was very tasty and satisfying! :-D
.
In addition, I had baked/steamed potatoes with some of my Dreamer's Dressing, scallions, fresh ground pepper, and turmeric.
.
A great meal!! It's wonderful to be home!!! :-D
.
