I started my second day of strength training today ! My muscle hurts so much the past few days but I know I'm heading in a good direction. I will share what I eat daily (meals/snacks ) with all of you here and post recipes on my blog @ iheartumami.com. Most of them will be Paleo friendly w/ some occasional healthy indulgence. 😀😀 I made a matcha avocado smoothie bowl for #brekkie this morning. Recipe:
* 1 avocado * 2 frozen bananas * 2-3 tsp matcha powder (if you have small kids or don't like matcha tea flavor, switch it for a handful of spinach)
* some ice cubes Toppings of your choice - I use :
* Ripe Mango * Raspberry * Cacao nibs
* Shredded Coconut * Bee Pollen
