philippians413fitness Meal Planning: My Secret Weapon People ask me how I plan my meals each week without spending a ton of time searching and figuring out what to eat so I thought I'd share my secret weapon!
Every week I search for 1-3 new recipes using Pinterest or other healthy recipe websites I've discovered and I print them out. Then, I file them with a page protector in one of my 3, 3-ring binders. As I make the recipes, I keep them if we like them and if not, I discard them. I have these binders organized by: soups, chicken dishes, casseroles, sauces, crock pot meals, desserts, breakfasts, snacks etc and I'm always adding new stuff and having these binders keeps me from getting lost in cyberspace looking for something that sounds good that night.

I print out my weekly meal plans and save them to go back to for ideas! Many times I'm like, "wow, there's that meal everyone enjoyed a few months ago!" Then I find it in my binder and add it to that weeks meal plan!

2 years ago I started planning our meals every week. It saves time, saves money and eliminates the stress of wondering what I'll feed my family! We eat out less, if my kids don't like it they don't eat dinner (yup, tough love) and planning makes this mama a better mama!

kearadianed Yummy salad for lunch ♡ about 2-3cups of kale, 1/2 a tomato, 1/2 a yellow bellpepper and some balsamic vinigarette. hashifit I grabbed a Japanese eggplant today and decided to try and make a healthy version of one of my favorites, spicy eggplant. Omg! So freakin' good! Can't wait to make it again. Sautéed the eggplant in coconut oil, added in the whites of the green onion, fresh graded ginger and turmeric, chicken, rice, coconut aminos, stevia, and red pepper in the end. - Crepe de huevos y claras con un relleno de champiñones y espinacas frescas.
