naturesrecipes Vegan-gluten free avocado pasta 😇
Ingredients (5)
-100g Zucchini
-90g Avocado
-1/3tsp lemon juice
-1/2tsp basil
-35g mushrooms

Process;
-Zoodle the zucchini/boil pasta
-Mash the avo and add the lemom and basil
-Chuck the avo mixture in a fry pan with the zucchini (or already cooked pasta
-Fry the mushrooms with some salt and pepper when done add to the mix

fitliz88 For everybody that wants to start prepping here is an example i hope this helps n gives ya an idea should start of small so it doesn't get over whelming until you get the hang of it... Breakfast: Turkey bacon & egg white sandwich on whole wheat English muffins with a banana. Snacks: Almonds, lightly salted edamame, and fruit. 
Lunch: Orange ginger chicken stir-fry.
Tips for preparation: I marinated [the stir-fry chicken] the night before with a low sodium/sugar orange sauce in coconut oil and added some ginger for taste. Stir-fried some carrots and string beans in a different pan and seasoned them with some garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and a little crushed pepper. Mixed the vegetables with the cooked chicken and made 1/2 cup of brown rice to go with each meal.
