zchry60 I trained somebody this morning. Then worked out at another gym. Then got another client so I had to stop my workout and meet this new client. Then finished up my workout at another gym. You have to have know your WANTS to believe in your PASSION.

just_creative_julia About time we had a #foodie post! So #eggmuffins seem to be a #trend at the mo and are also #perfect for #slimmingworld #recipes! (If following, use 30g cheese as your healthy extra then syn free!)
1. Spray your #muffin tray with #frylight.
2. Add #tomatoes, cubed #potatoes, (zap in the microwave first to get them soft), diced #onion.
3. Pour over your beaten #eggs.
4. #season with #salt, #pepper and #garlic.
5. #Bake at 170 degrees fan oven for 15 mins.
6. Sprinkle with #cheese and return to oven for 2-3 mins until #golden.
7. Serve with #ham on the side.

natyblogger Les pasó la receta de estas delicias!!! 1 huevo y tres claras, 1/2 taza de harina de arroz o la que utilices, 1/2 taza de harina de coco (puede ser coco rallado), cdita de polvo de hornear, una cda de aceite de coco @aceitesnapus, 1/4 taza de leche o agua, ralladura de limón, endulzante, chorrito de vainilla y chips de chocolate.
