cwphealthyhealing Not the best photo but I had to show you guys this amazing healthy dinner I had last night! In this big bowl of nutrition is one packet of sun dried tomato lentils that just come in a packet that you microwave for a minute, easy right? And then some roasted butternut squash (when I roast the squash I usually mix it in with a sprinkle of sea salt and maple syrup) and finally some pieces of fried halloumi cheese, my most desired food on the planet just remember not to go over board on the cheese as it can be fatty but like you know everything in moderation is okay

kostvetarn Pulled Jackfruit lagades igår (se föregående bild) och här ser ni basen för rätten. Jackfruit på konserv köps i asiatiska butiker och tillagas enkelt i stekpanna eller gryta. Stek i olja eller smör tills genomstekt (20-30 minuter) då den börjar "tråda sig". Tillsätt valfria såser (hickory, sweet chili, honung, tomatpuré, sojasås, peppar och salt), lite vatten och låt puttra tills varmt. Servera med valfria tillbehör. Njut! 1h

Ingredients include: lamb, fresh steamed broccoli, oranges, tomatoes, yellow red & green bell peppers, red onions & carrots
