easy_healthy_yummy A recepy of easy healthy and yummy pancakes.
For one person:
What you need:
2 eggs
1 banana
Butter or oil or spray

How to do:
Start with mashing one banana in a bowl. Then mix it with two eggs. Then put some butter/spray/oil in the pan and then pour the banana/eggs in the pan. The heat should be about 6/12 (medium) and then make it less about 4/12. Be patient and take looks so you see the pancakes are really good before flipping. Put the pancakes on a plate and serve with syrup or fresh fruit.

easy_healthy_yummy This is an easy healthy breakfeast recepie. Enyoy
What you need:
Narural yoghurt or greek yoghurt
Fruits and berries of your option
Cinnamon
Oats
+something to eat from like a ball or a jar

1. Put as much yoghurt as you like in your ball/jar and add your cinnamon. Take in your taste so it has flavor but not to much.
2. "Blend" it with a spoon.
3. Cut up some apple anf but on top with some rasberrys Ps. You can use other fruits or berries. Ds.
4. Put some extra cinnamon and a handfull of oats on top and your done.
